- Transport and set-down

Structural Analysis & Verification
- Four static FEA studies, each with six sub-models
- Analytical calculations for:
- Bolted joints
- Pressure containment
- Lifting sets and lifting points
- Three dynamic FEA studies for drop assessment:
- Modal analysis
- Time-history response
- Non-linear impact simulation
Detailed Engineering
- Complete 3D CAD models
- Manufacturing and general arrangement drawings
- Handling documentation and O&M manual
- Technical file for certification
Outcome
- Shared primary structure across both POU variants
- Interchangeable upper and lower sections for safe equipment change-out and storage
- Full demonstration of compliance with DNV 2.7-3
